Guest Ratings & Reviews
I just had an amazing stay at the hotel! The location is perfect, right by the NY public library in the heart of Manhattan, and the rooms are cozy and clean. The staff was so kind and always ready to help, making my stay truly delightful. However, the dining experience was a bit underwhelming with weak coffee for breakfast. The facilities were great, and overall, it's a valuable choice for a stay in Manhattan.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right across from the NY public library in the heart of Manhattan, and there are so many great dining options nearby. The rooms are beautifully designed with modern conveniences and a full kitchen, plus a stunning view of the Public library. However, the dining experience could use some improvement with weak coffee, and getting service was a bit hit or miss. The facilities were top-notch and added to my overall enjoyment of the stay.
The hotel is perfectly located right across the NY Public Library in Midtown, offering a convenient spot with a view. The service was attentive though sometimes required a search for assistance. Dining was included in our rate but had some room for improvement. Overall, a well-situated hotel with friendly service, but with occasional service delays and dining limitations.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed with nice touches and offered stunning views from the balcony. It was a perfect retreat to decompress from the busy streets. The service was impeccable, with a staff always willing to help, although sometimes a bit challenging to find. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of midtown and steps away from the NY public library. The dining experience was good, although the coffee was a bit weak. The facilities were top-notch!
